I support individuals navigating stress, burnout, work-life balance, relationships, abuse, trauma, or anything else that gets in the way of you living your life the way you want to. Together, we will gently explore what is holding you back and build practical, meaningful strategies that align with your goals and values.



Sessions are offered virtually, providing flexible and convenient access to support from the comfort and privacy of your own space.
My approach is person-centered, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I integrate cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) with an eclectic blend of proven therapeutic approaches, always tailoring our work to meet your unique needs. I see therapy as a collaborative process - for your voice, your story, and your goals.
